Question: Is this fast?
Answer: The speed depends in your location. Check the Speedtest page.

Question: Is this stable?
Answer: The stability depends in your ISP or Internet Service Provider.
 We can’t guarantee a no disconnection status.

Question: What ISP can i use?
Answer: You can choose between Smart or Globe.
               Suncell is not working in any VPN.

Question: What is better, Globe or Smart?
Answer: It depends in your location, but i suggests you should have both,
Smart and Globe. So that if the Globe have problem you  can use Smart.
If the Smart have problem, use Globe.

Question: Is downloading Torrents allowed here in your BirthStoneVPN?
Answer: Yes, but only in our Torrent Servers.

Question: What if I download Torrents in Non Torrent Server?
Answer: Your account will be terminated ASAP even without further notice.

Question: Where can i buy premium accounts?
Answer: You can buy directly to me (admin) or to our resellers.

Question: What if my reseller disappeared and my account deactivated?
Answer: I wont take responsibility in your account. I wont reactivate your account
because your payment went to your reseller not me. So it is please buy premium
accounts wisely.

Before buying Premium  Account, please give time to read our
Term Of  Agreement.

Upon buying Premium Account, you are accepting the following
 agreements:

1. Don’t download torrent files in non torrent server. If you do so, your                            account will be terminated without prior notice.
2. After sending your payments, you will text me or provide me the                             information i need or else your order will be declined because without                             those information i can not get your payment.
3. The admin is not responsible if your reseller dropped you and your                              account deactivated. You should choose reseller wisely.
4. We are not to blame if you cannot connect to server while server                                  status is up and running good. Blame your ISP.
5. You should know when your due date is. Payment for extension of                               accounts should be made 1 day before the due date.
6. We cannot guarantee a no server down 24/7/30.
7. If the ISP blocked the trick of our vpn for cheap internet, don’t blame us.                       There is chance that this will happen. But we will continue doing new tricks.
8. Don’t use BirthStoneVPN in any illegal activities.
9. Don’t rename the BirthStoneVPN.
10. No Refund
